Our client is a worldwide Call Centre operating in the financial services industry. They are looking for Inbound Customer Service Agents to work in the Crewe based Call Centre in Cheshire. The successful applicant will be taking inbound calls from customers updating insurance policies and logging insurance claims. This job will be perfect for someone in the early stages of their career.

The successful Inbound Customer Service applicant should have:
Excellent communication skills
A polite telephone manner
Strong work ethic
A positive attitude

In return the successful Inbound Customer ServiceApplicant will get:

£15,600 per annum basic salary plus a further £1400 of staff benefits
