Sales Negotiator - Permanent - East Sussex - 24,000 + OTE

An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client for a site arising in 2018 in the East Sussex area. The ideal candidate will have current experience working with a New Homes Developer.

The developer offer a great basic salary with the opportunity of on target earnings plus bonuses! Training is offered as well as progression for those whom excel in their role.

This role will offer a great challenge to an experienced Sales Negotiator with targets and a driven work culture which reflects in the salary offered.

Working hours are 10am - 5pm and working weekends and bank holidays.

1 in 4 weekends given off.

Skills required:
- Previous Sales experience within the house building industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to build strong relationships within a professional environment

Price / Salary: £23000 - £25000/annum
