Pertemps Kettering are currently recruiting for administration to work as part of a growing team.
Main Duties:
To assist in providing excellent customer service You will be part of team that helps ensure an excellent experience for a wide range of internal CMI teams and external university partner contacts and their learners. You'll be working with our products and services, CRM systems and dealing with day to day enquires and tasks. Professionalism and a strong customer service ethic is a must.
To provide additional administrative support within the HE partnership department as required.
Administer sales leads, to agreed customer service standards
Completing registrations.
Monitor and respond to enquiries via internal mail boxes.
To liaise and support all CRM processes
Produce invoices
Provide additional administrative support within the Department as required
Handle general enquiries, incoming calls and messages efficiently and effectively
Support to the Operations/Customer Service team, in response to queries
Ensure that Customer Service standards are maintained at all times,
The working hours are 9.00am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday.
