AdCourier :: Broadbean [PROD-GS-WEB-11] Our client is excellent educational support service based within the Knowsley LEA, who are looking for an eager and resilient Learning Support or Teaching Assistant to work on a full time basis, with a newly referred pupil.

You will be based on site working with a pupil who has severe emotional and some behavioural difficulties, to assist with building up there confidence, provide both academic and emotional support and work with their tutor to provide pastoral care to parents.
This school are keen to meet with candidates who hold prior experience working with behaviour management, but on the whole, they look for individuals who are team players, have calm demeanour's and consistent positive attitudes.

In return you will work under the leadership of the centre manager who has a coaching management style, and work within an environment that has received fantastic feedback from previous candidates who have worked within the school.

To become part of the CER SEN team
* Preferably hold a Child Workforce DBS on the update service
* Hold a Team Teach certificate or be willing to attend training
* Previous experience dealing with additional needs
* Experience delivering lessons with challenging behaviour present
