Contact Centre Advisors - Outskirts of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Looking for Temporary work with immediate start dates???

We are currently recruiting for a number of Contact Centre Advisor roles to work a company based on the outskirts of Mansfield. The positions are to start immediately on a Temporary basis, there are permanent opportunities available!

Duties will include:

* Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
* Responding to complaints letters
* Inputting data into their bespoke system to keep customer details updated
* Liaising with other team members to resolve queries efficiently
* Any other ad-hoc admin duties during busier periods

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience working within an administration or customer service role
* I.T literate and confident to work on computers
* Excellent communication skills
* Good spelling and grammar
* Confident to deal with complaints on a daily basis

Full training is provided for this vacancy.

Hours of work will vary and may include weekends.
