Looking to employ an Assistant Bodyshop Manager within a busy accident repair bodyshop

Location: Leeds/Bradford/Wakefield/West Yorkshire
Salary: Negotiable DOE

The client is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Bodyshop Manager who is motivated and ambitious and also has a hands on approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience of estimating and ideally up to date knowledge of Audatex as this will be part of the job role.

Salary / Package is negotiable DOE

Job role

To run the day to day operations of a busy accident repair centre with both insurer and manufacturer approvals, ensuring all body repairs and paintwork meet defined quality procedures.

You will have a clear understanding of modern repair processes and techniques, also an eye for driving sales opportunities combined with strong interpersonal skills.

A team player approach is essential, you will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of productive staff, planning and prioritising the flow of work through the bodyshop.

You will also work closely with the estimators to ensure that the site is as profitable as possible.
