Extrastaff are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Manager for an immediate start with a prestiguous Hotel in Hemel Hempstead

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the running of the Hotels day to day operations and you will work extremely closely with other departments within the hotel so great communication and interpersonal skills are absolutely key.

* Must have high standards, ensure these are instilled & exceeded by staff and experienced by guests at all times
* Must have a proven track record within a food and beverage Management or Operations role
* At least 3 years experience in hotels at a 3 or 4 star level
* Must have previous experience in day to day management of a food and beverage department including the running of functions
* Have previous experience in other departments within a hotel not just food & beverage
* Have a strong knowledge of services provided within a hotel
* Have strong knowledge of health, safety & security procedures

Salary £25 - £28,000 depending on experience

Price / Salary: £25000 - £28000/annum
