Associate (Professional Services - Independece Team)

A well-known consultancy is looking for an Associate who is solutions-focussed, is skilled at building relationships, who enjoys being at the heart of change, and who wants to be part of a cohesive, vibrant and growing team.

The position would suit the best a recent graduate with a degree in the financial field.

Responsibilities:
* Providing advice and guidance regarding queries submitted by the practice
* Managing own portfolio of consultations with key stakeholders in the practice to give guidance on Independence considerations.
* Receiving, analysing, and processing existing Business Relationship requests as part of the teams Business Relationship Refresh process
* Analysing each Business Relationship request using a variation of bespoke internal and external databases as well as utilising publically available information via internet search tools
* Other ad-hoc projects as the department so determines from time to time. These could include activities such as the analysis of Non-Services and Business Relationships Returns or the provision of general support to other independence activities

Skills:
* Practical and methodical approach to problem solving
* Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of commercial / client-facing issues, and empathy with the client facing practitioners who the Independence team support
* Intellectual capacity to make good judgements with strong analytical, organisational and project management skill
* Excellent communication skills, able to interact with self-confidence at all levels, as well as managing internal relationships, e.g. with key stakeholders
* A conscientious, ambitious team player, with good self-management skills and an ability to take initiative

Location: Embankment Place

Length: 3 months rolling contract

Payrate: £ 13.56 hourly

Price / Salary: £10 - £11/hour
