CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR MANCHESTER UP TO £20,000 BASIC SALARY

Customer Service Advisor sought by our client who is one of the UK fastest growing suppliers and installers of Smart Pre Pay meters to home owners.

Due to their continued success and phenomenal growth they now require a Customer Service Advisor to work from their Old Trafford, Manchester office.

THE ROLE

* As a Customer Service Advisor you will be looking after and managing existing customers
* Taking calls dealing with queries and enquiries including connections, tariffs, billing enquiries etc.
* Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
* Maintain customers and customer retention
* Updating customer records and databases
* You will be working from the Old Trafford, Manchester office

THE PERSON

* The successful candidate will ideally be a graduate or graduate calibre
* Previous experience within Customer Services and Account Management desired
* Experience of pre pay energy and utilities would be advantageous but not essential
* You must be outgoing, positive, determined and able to work to targets
* You must be IT literate as all the records and databased are computer based
* You must have an excellent telephone manner
* You must be commutable to my clients Manchester, Old Trafford office

THE PACKAGE

* £18,000 - £20,000 basic salary (subject to experience)
* 28 days holiday (including statutory days)
