Our client is currently recruiting for a Deputy Care Home Manager for a 70-bedded multi-award winning and Nursing, Residential and Dementia Home in Billericay, Essex that is rated 'Good' by the CQC .

Its facilities allow residents to continue enjoying the everyday routines they cherish, such as having their weekly hair and nail appointment at the luxurious 'His & Hers' hair salon or catching up with friends over fresh coffee and homemade cakes in the vibrant café, which includes a conservatory area.

Duties:

Lead the Clinical Team providing strong clinical knowledge, leadership and management to ensure the high standards are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship centred care, clinical care and dementia care. Ensuring all statutory and regulatory standards are met and are aligned to codes of conduct and company procedures.

About You:

You will be RGN qualified with strong clinical experience, have experience of leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a team to provide outstanding clinical care. You will have a proven track record in a care home environment delivering quality care. You will also have good knowledge of and competence in Microsoft Office applications and windows based operating environment.

We may consider RMNs with a strong care home background.

The salary for the role is £45,000.
