**Job: Complex Care Support Worker**

**The Applicant**

We are looking for a patient and *caring* applicant, with a reliable, hands on, and kind nature.

You will be a reassuring character, who enjoys interaction and gets satisfaction from helping others to achieve their goals, using motivation and persuasion.

Due to a genuine occupational requirement, this is a **MALE** role only.

**The Role**

Our client has an acquired brain injury, your goal will be to help the client to live a full and meaningful life, whilst keeping him safe and comfortable, helping him to achieve his goals along the way.

The job entails complex care provision with the need to maintain clients day to day wellbeing, along with assistance with mobility, personal care, meal preparation and help with eating and drinking/medication.

**Criteria - Applicants** **MUST**

* Good communication and listening skills

* Flexible to allow cover where needed for staff absences

* Experienced in clinical /complex care

**The Post**

* Shifts 7:30 - 19:30 or 19:30 - 7:30

* £9.55 per hour

* Alvechurch
