You will be supporting both adults and young persons with a range of complex needs ensuring they receive the best possible care by following their support plans, providing person centred care and encouraging their independence

We are looking for staff within the areas of:

- Birmingham (All areas)
- Sandwell
- Wolverhampton
- Walsall

Being a driver is an advantage although not necessary.

We are holding recruitment days throughout November at our office in Walsall where you will receive a free DBS and free Mandatory training.

Experience within Health and Social Care is necessary.
