I am looking for up to 5 Therapeutic Support Workers to work in a brand new home for an 'Outstanding' established provider of therapeutic residential care and support to young people who have been victims of or are at risk of CSE.

The role

- You will be responsible for the day to day well-being, mentorship, guidance and support of all the young people living within the home.
- You will be required to work in line with Ofsted regulations while delivering the best quality care possible to the young people.
- You will work in line with the organisations therapeutic model of support at all times.
- You will be working a shift pattern of one full day on, followed by two full days off.

What you will need to apply

- A working knowledge of CSE and EBD is an advantage but not essential, however you must have prior experience of working in a similar support environment with vulnerable people.
- Those with QCF / NVQ Level 3 qualifications in children and young peoples work force/residential childcare are desirable but again, this is not essential.
- All applicants must hold a full driving license and have access to their own vehicle
