Immediate day shifts are available Thursday through to Tuesday for RDC delivery with the pay ranging from £10 to £18 an hour and these reflect differences between P.A.Y.E. and Limited, and unsocial hours. Within the same company they are looking for shunters on a 4 on 4 off fixed days or night shifts. Pay ranges between £12 and £15 an hour and rate reflect P.A.Y.E, Limited and unsocial hours where full training will be provided. The shunting will be conducted in a tug, all Sousie pipes are to be used, dragging of the legs is not permitted, there are times drivers will be required to take a trailer to Corby during shift times, Overtime will be offered pending driving hour allowance. PPE to be always worn whilst on site and regular refreshers to be completed.

The client has several positions available and all positions are subject to a 2 to 3-hour theory and practical assessment, DVLA check and registration within a Staffline branch. The job requirements are to pass the assessment, minimum age of 25 and 18 months of Class 1 driving experience, flexibility towards start time, knowledge of road crafts, good communication skills, ability to follow instructions and follow all in house procedures and policies and full PPE relevant to the position to be worn.
