Our client has been established for over 20 years as suppliers of diamond cutting, drilling and grinding products to civil engineering contractors, local authorities and building contractors throughout the UK. Following a re-brand the business is branching out into the tool hire and re-seller markets. The company have developed a range products for this market that regularly outperform their competitors' offerings.
Position overview
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business in the Tool Hire and Re-seller market by maximising opportunities throughout a large geographical area (approximately 100 mile radius) through various client facing activity methods, 90% of this role is new business development.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Prospecting for new business
Attending planned client appointments
Booking client appointments to attend
Drop ins to prospective businesses
Can build relationships with new and existing customers
Dealing with actions that come out of appointment and follow ups
Qualifications and Experience
At least 2 years exceptional experience in a similar client facing business development role
Positive can do attitude
Willing to travel long distances to meet the needs of the business
Full driving licence
