My client is looking for a Production Team Manager who takes a hands on approach to man management and puts employee engagement first. You will highly organised with the ability to prioritise a workload and have excellent communication skills.

Our client is looking to recruit an experience Production Team Manager/Supervisor to manage a team of 20 operatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and motivating a team with an engaging approach to ensure all timelines are strict and duties performed to a quality standard
Planning and prioritising a workload within a fast paced environment
Working closely with HR to handle any absence, attendance or disciplinary issues
Training and developing team members to ensure GMP and internal staff retention
Involvement and awareness of all areas of production including Quality, HSE, NPD, CI and Engineering
The Successful Candidate:
A proven track record in strong team management, with training and disciplinary experience.
A comprehensive understand of good practices
A keen eye for detail, with a high level of organisation
Excellent communication skills
An approach and engaging personality
A chilled or frozen food background
