Permanent Recruitment Consultant required for our City Centre Glasgow office.

Lucam Consultancy have an exciting and outstanding opportunity for a Perms Recruitment Consultant, who is looking for the next step in their career.
Lucam Consultancy has offices in Glasgow, St Helens & Dubai. We are looking to expand our experienced team of consultants by adding a self-confident and motivated Recruiter who has the drive, sales and academic background to earn a very lucrative income doing a job they will be passionate about. About you:
You must have experience in managing a successful perms desk.
A great role for those who are motivated and who enjoy having the freedom to make own decisions. You will be tasked with building relationships and you will start to develop further relationships with clients and candidates.
You will have to Manage your time effectively so you can talk to clients and candidates, you will manage all vacancies from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing new business relationships
Sourcing and attracting passive/active candidates within your sector
Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer
Making offers to candidates and ensuring onboarding process runs smooth
Networking to build business leads
Advertising vacancies / updating job boards
