Project Manager

Residential/High Rise/Mixed Use

One of the Midlands noted Contractors are looking to recruit a Project Leader for a for a multi-story apartment development in the Gloucestershire area.

As Project Manager you will lead the site teams, drive programme and quality standards and manage client expectations.

The ideal applicant will ideally be degree qualified with a professional qualification, gained in the UK. You will need to be an excellent communicator and have proven experience of managing diverse teams in a high pressured and challenging environment.

It is imperative that all applicants have proven track record of managing schemes of over 5 storeys. Experience of this sort is likely to have been gained whilst working for a contractor in a sophisticated construction environment.
