Description:

A new build 4no storey office block with underground car park, Cat A fit out.

The Project Manager will report to the Operations Manager with be the No1 lead for the scheme and be responsible for managing and leading the construction team and all client liaison, they will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery including design, health and safety, quality and programme. The ideal candidate will have worked in main contracting and be experienced at delivering similar schemes, will have detailed knowledge of construction programming and work in a collaborative manner
