An exciting position has become available working for a global organistation. My client are part of a large accounting firm and looking to hire an Assistant Company Secretary. This role has become available due to the continued success and client growth. My client is now expanding various department and they have a role for an Assistant company secretary to join their busy team based in their Blackburn office. We are happy to review full time and part time candidates.

It is essential you have the following experience:
You will be reporting to the Company Secretarial Administrator and the business team.
Prepare share transfer forms, share re-organisation and re-designation.
Complete the process for company formation and company strike off.
Prepare confirmation statements, PSC registers, shares certificates and dividend vouchers.
You will have performance quarterly reviews to ensure development is maintained to help you reach your full potential.
Provide an excellent service to a wide range of clients.
Other skills required:
Previous company statutory experience is essential.
Previous experience in a company secretarial role.
Be familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Have good organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
Be good at working under pressure.
Be active and motivated within the team.
