I am currently looking for a Maintenance Electrician to be responsible for PPM, Facilities Maintenance, Equipment reliability as well as using the TPM Operating System for the maintenance department

Whilst optimizing equipment reliability through a continuous improvement plan, you will be responsible for the facility maintenance, ensuring optimum operation of all ancillary and peripheral systems in the plant and warehouse.

Working with heavy plant equipment, you will maintain and follow processes. You will also be expected to use the CMMS program to provide optimum reliability to the operation of the manufacturing and ancillary systems, whilst assisting the Maintenance Manager to implement a TPM program as operating basis for the operation of the department.

Ideally Time Served / Apprenticeship qualified, you will have excellent electrical experience and be qualified to 17th Edition minimum with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems, electronic drives and controls.

You will be aware of continuous improvement tools, PM / AM problem solving tools with knowledge of and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
