On offer is the chance to join a nationally recognised brand in an autonomous and varied position where you will lead the team in regards to food safety, legality and quality systems and be at the forefront of innovation within the group.

Based in Cardiff this company specialise in the manufacture of food products and have been established for over 40 years. Due to continued investment and growth they are looking to increase their technical team by recruiting a Customer Service Technical Manager, who will be directly responsible for dealings with high profile customers and clients amongst other duties.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety, legality and quality systems. You will keep in direct contact with customers to ensure quality is adhered too and will continue to develop relationship with key customers. You will be a driving force in the implication of improvements in quality throughout the business.

The ideal candidate will hold either a HNC or degree in food science or related field and be HACCP level 4 qualified with previous experience in a similar role.

The Role:
*Ensuring compliance with food safety, legality and quality systems
*Overseeing quality processes throughout the business
*Assisting customers with technical issues
*Contribution to and being a major part of the HACCP team

The Person:
*HND-Degree in Food Science/ Food technology or related field
*HACCP Level 4 qualified
*Previous experience in a customer facing role
*Previous experience overseeing quality and food safety practice
