Service Supervisor - Chelmsford Area - Salary Negotiable
Working for a family run plumbing and heating company the Service Supervisor will organise and manage a team of engineers on a daily basis. You will also provide technical support to the engineers and customers over the phone. If you have supervisor experience within a service engineering company and have previous plumbing experience then this could be the role you have been looking for.

Duties:
Manage a small team of breakdown engineers and 1 administrator
Diary management
Plan work for the engineers taking into account geographical areas of the jobs
Answering calls from customers and dealing with enquiries
Assisting engineers with technical issues over the phone
Ensure company vans are fully stocked and
Deal with any disciplinary issues

Experience:
Previous experience gained within the plumbing and heating industry
Must have good leadership skills able to lead and mentor staff
Must have excellent time management skills
Plumbing qualifications would be advantageous
Must have own transport

Hours 8am to 5pm with 1 hour's lunch
