Our client a leading energy provider are looking for a Temporary Service Desk Advisor to join their fantastic team on an ongoing basis.

The role:

* Calling customers to answer queries
* Booking in engineers
* Logging queries on the system
* Booking appointments into the system
* Sending out appointment confirmations

The person:

* Available immediately
* Fantastic customer service skills
* Eager to learn
* Positive attitude
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal

This role is working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, please not that due to the location you will need access to your own car.
