Workshop Controller required for Prestige Dealership in Central London
£30k Basic + Bonus, £38k-£42k OTE
Hours: Mon - Fri 8am-6pm, Saturdays 8am-1pm

We are actively seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Workshop Controller on behalf of our client, a prestige main car dealership in Central London

About You
The successful Candidate will be required to run a busy workshop and must therefore have current or recent experience as a Workshop Controller or Workshop Manager within the Franchised Motor Trade.

Applicants will need to be extremely organised and eager to hit targets & maximise productivity in the workshop.

Responsible for managing a team of vehicle technicians, allocating jobs in order to maximise hours sold. You must be very well organised with strong time-management skills, motivated and target driven. You will be a great communicator and with excellent customer service.

A technical background would be a distinct advantage, as would working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (e.g. Kerridge, Pinnacle, KDMS). You must have a full, preferably clean UK driving licence.
