Salary range: £26,192 to £38,250 plus TLR

We are seeking to appoint an innovative and dynamic Head of Business Studies who truly wishes to inspire our pupils to realise their goals. The role at this academy will enable you to work with like minded colleagues who share similar goals and ambitions. All of our academies are developing and there will be plenty of opportunities for promotion and development - NQTS are welcome to apply. You will be contributing to leading and shaping the vision and future of our school.

The school is looking for someone who:

* Has experience teaching Business Studies at KS3/4 & 5
* Has QTS with relevant experience in a secondary school setting
* Possesses leadership and managerial qualities
* Is an inspirational teacher that will stimulate children in their learning
* Is able to demonstrate knowledge of principles and practices in relation to managing learning and teaching.
* Is driven to raise standards and ensure children have a high quality of learning
* Has the ability to follow school behaviour policy and ethos
