Our customer are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

This position would suit an intermediate level QS or an Assistant with a minimum of 3 years experience looking to take the next step.

Essential Requirements for the role:
Highways/Civil engineering experience
Experience of NEC contract (preferably option D)
Relevant qualification Diploma/Degree
Min of 3 years experience

Experience/Skills required for the position:
Experience of raising contractual notifications and pricing changes to the contract
Ability to raise applications for payment/invoices
Preparation of monthly cost/value reconciliations
Procurement experience; sending out enquiries to the supply chain and raising subcontracts
Cashflow forecasts and budgets
Final Accounts
Self-starting, autonomous individual who can work well both on their own and within a team
