Opportunity:

A high-end independent Estate Agency with a outstanding market awareness and company image is seeking to recruit a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their Headington office. Boasting a number of branches across Oxfordshire, this market leading Estate Agency is considered by those in the industry to be the business to join; from the office environment (and Oxfordshire themed aesthetics), non-pushy customer led approach to sales and lettings, personalities throughout the business, warm smiles and a genuine opportunity to progress internally buck the trend that most agencies can offer.

This Estate Agency is far from a hard-hitting day to day grind. Quality over quality springs to mind, particularly when selling and letting multi-million pound properties a personality and smile is key. Whilst property sales experience is desirable, ultimately trust, maturity, honesty and the ability to forge relationships with prospective clients is the key to building a successful pipeline. Previously applicants who have enjoyed success with this business have come from customer focused environments including high-end pubs, retail management or entry-level sales. Buying or renting a property is a special occasion (and potentially a stressful time) therefore the successful Trainee Sales Negotiator must buy in to this philosophy and deliver the perfect customer experience. Applicants will be expected to deliver the 360 degree sales process from bringing a property to market, sourcing potential buyers, conducting viewings and ultimately facilitating the full sales process and anything in between. Requirements:

- Experience within a customer led environment (property, retail management, pub management or similar)
- A good sense of humour and really personable individual
- Well versed in communicating with clients or customers
- The ability to lead a conversation and friend-zone clients
- Happy person who enjoys the customer experience
- A willingness to make the business a better place
- Whilst knowledge of the industry isnt essential, a genuine interest in property is
- A smile and honest approach to work
