1st Select have an excellent opportunity for you! We are looking for a Project manager to join our client in the Healthcare Sector. You will be a self-motivated Project Manager with client side experience (Construction) to be part of our clients Capital Projects team. You will work with Trust stakeholders to develop schemes, control of design teams and be accountable for financial performance, programme and quality delivery.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent personal and communication skills with our client and key attributes which include:-

Surveying/PM background
Experience of running multiple projects from inception (Brief) through to handover.
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of CDM regulations
Computer literate especially MS Office Excel, Word and MS Project.

This is a 18 month placement with potential for extension

Price / Salary: £25 - £28/hour
