Role Overview
·To provide key customers with account management, ensuring high levels of communication, achieving COTTP and minimising arrears by active management of internal partners.
·To ensure customer order book alignment and effective order acknowledgments, engaging with the customer proactively.
·To be the main operational point of contact for customer communication internally and externally. Act as voice of customer'.
·To ensure customer contractual commitments are met and executed effectively.
·To work closely with the accounts nominated customer service coordinator to ensure the highest level of customer service and proactive resolution.
·To actively support the SIOP process by the integrated use of CRM and other business tools.
·To support and facilitate the business objectives and KPIs relating to COTTP, arrears management and revenue recognition.
·Build a strong relationship with the customer to enable new opportunities and facilitate growth and feed into Outside Sales.
Customer Liaison:
·Conducting, Managing and resolving actions arising from Customer Contract reviews.
·Arranging and facilitating customer performance reviews and visits, ensuring attendance of key stakeholders.
·Supporting the alignment and ensuring accurate transfer of customer platform production and operational plans.
·Ensuring accurate order book alignment with customer order book or portal, reviewing at least weekly and aligning with customer.
·Preparing for, and monitoring of, the customer order book financial pipeline and subsequent inclusion in the site and Business Unit pipeline.
·Understanding and effectively managing customer programs and budgets.
·Ensuring customer response times and communications are set against agreed SLA commitments.
·Assisting in the resolution of overdue payments from customers.
·Generating customer visit reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
·Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.
·Demonstrable experience of working within a customer service environment, preferably in the aerospace/defence industry.
·Strong track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions.
·Takes an active interest in opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
·Fully conversant with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Outlook) and other internal business systems such as MRP, CRM and ERP.
·Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
·High level of attention to detail and accuracy. High level of numeracy.
·Self-motivated, tenacious, flexible and determined.
·European language skills are desirable.
