ClarityTMS are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their client on a permanent basis.
Working for a very large and well established brand, the ideal candidate will be required to work closely with customers and assist in delivering the best service levels through bookings, enquiries and associated administration.
Responsibilities:
To deliver the highest service levels from answering calls, logging customer queries and reactive scheduling
Processing customer orders through the internal systems
Booking relevant follow up processes with other departments
Liaising with internal departments to process orders, following up and feeding back to customers
Building and maintaining customer and account user relationships
About You:
We're seeking a seasoned customer service professional with impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
The client offers a friendly and busy working environment fast paced customer service environment
Experience in booking jobs, scheduling and/or logging calls is essential
Good working knowledge and IT skills particularly Excel.
Able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines and targets.
Any experience using SAP would be advantageous but not essential
