An exciting inbound customer service opportunity has arisen due to company expansion of the inbound customer service team based in great offices near Salford Quays. This opportunity will require a candidate with excellent customer service skills to join their expanding setup.

Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and have a strong telephone manner. This is an exciting time to join a company that is experiencing a high level of growth and development.

Duties will include:

* Dealing with inbound calls
* Speaking to customers answering any queries or issues
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Recording information on the company database

The ideal candidate will:

* have a natural enthusiasm for customer service and confidence when speaking to customers
* enjoy working in a fast paced environment
* be great at problem solving and strive to leave the customer happy each and every time.
* be a team player.

* Free on-site parking
* Working hours between Monday - Sunday between 8am - 10pm on a rotational basis.
* A competitive salary of £17,026 with an opportunity to be able to progress
* A 6-week training programme 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, to make sure you are confident in your role - First 4 weeks of training will be in Altrincham and further 2 weeks to be continued in Salford
