Unrivalled opportunity as a Jewellery Design/Sales Person directing one day design events in retail stores across the regions and developing customers jewellery concepts into realistic bespoke designs. Ideally will have Jewellery Retail experience. Must be flexible for occasional office based commitments.

Travelling between stores in the North/North Midlands regions, with design events generally starting on Tuesdays and ending on Saturday through the week. There is a strong element of retail staff training required.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:

Basic working knowledge of jewellery manufacture.
Experience gained within a jewellery retail environment.
Ability to sketch and draw to a reasonable standard for showing design to customers. This in most cases would need to be drawn in front of the customer.
Strong administration skills and an excellent communicator with drive and ambition to succeed.
Ability to train store staff in the processes and methods to sell bespoke jewellery.
Ability to build relationships with store staff and managers.
Must be able to drive and hold full current licence,

The role will require regular overnights in hotels, with expenses reimbursed on a weekly basis and budgets set for hotel allowance and food. A company car, laptop and mobile phone are provided.

Full training given, taking place in Birmingham office and depending on experience this could be 1 to 5 days.

Competitive salary plus commission paid. Currently £22k basic plus commission and bonus award if targets reached. Expected earnings to £30k + depending on performance
