We are currently recruiting a Customer Operations Manager for an exciting tech start-up business based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with a real start-up culture.
Reporting directly into the Head of Operations, responsibilities of this role will include:
* Managing a team of over 35 operations representatives across a number shifts
* Taking overall responsibility for identifying and delivering the teams objectives
* Leading, motivating and developing the team
* Setting and monitoring the team KPIs
* Planning resources effectively to ensure the business has can cope with peaks in volumes
* Providing the wider business with data driven performance reports
* Handle customer and the operations team's escalation points
Applicants should have:
* Experience leading a team of a dozen plus people in a customer service/facing role
* A good understanding of operations, logistics, start-ups advantageous
* Experience recruiting, training and developing people
* An analytical mindset, good with data, strong excel skills
* Bags of energy and enthusiasm
* Ideally degree educated or equivalent
The successful candidate can expect a base salary between £35,000 and £45,000 plus some excellent benefits.
