£40,000 + 10% quarterly bonus + Pension + Private healthcare + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced sales manager to join a rapidly expanding company where you will be given full autonomy of the sales department and play an active role in the planned growth of the company.

This is an international company who specialise in the design and manufacturing of bespoke lifting equipment, providing products to the wastewater, oil and gas, food processing and clean room industries, to meet their individual unique needs. 2016 is set to be an exciting year for the company as they move into a new state of the art manufacturing and office facility and they plan to double turnover.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of sales engineers, ensuring efficiency within the team and complying with company policies and procedures. You will also be tasked with improving and developing the sales process and procedures to ensure the company can maximize its sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have come from an engineering company and have lead or managed a sales team. You would need to come from a Gantry lifts, manhole lifts or human lifting hoists background..

This is a great role for a sales manager with an engineering background to stamp you mark on a small but ambitious company where you may be given the opportunity to move into director roles in the future.
