Excellent opportunity to join a well reputed organisation as a part time Customer Relations Specialist to handle complaints and disputes and resolve in a timely manner.
This is a part time role to work 29 hours a week. Our client is flexible as to which hours you work between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. There is a competitive salary of £17,598 - £18,789 with additional benefits including 26 days holiday (pro rata), pension, interest free season ticket, childcare vouchers and many more!
You will be responsible for handling all complaints and disputes received by the customer service department. You will provide a high level of customer service at all times and ensure all regulations are complied with. This role will involve communicating with customers by phone, email and letter.
In order to be considered you must have previous complaint handling experience within an FCA regulated environment.
