Import Forwarder | Air Freight Forwarder

Are you an experienced air freight forwarder looking for a new role within an expanding global company? We have a position(s) available within a close team to take their business forward, if you have import air freight experience, are a proactive individual and have a passion for the industry - this is the role for you.

The Role:

As Air Freight Forwarder (imports) you will be required to liaise with clients, agents, airlines and shipping lines to name a few providing the best possible service. Your duties will include completion of all necessary documentations for imports, providing up to date information to customers offering the highest standard of customer service. Rate negotiations with suppliers through to invoice.

Essential Criteria:

- Must have 1 + years experience with air freight
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience negotiating rates with suppliers
