The opportunity for an Office Administrator has arisen within an exciting, growing company. Managing the office space to ensure it meets the needs of team members.
The ideal Office Administrator will be able to work autonomously and independently but also know when to reach out for help. Also a background within similar administration roles would be ideal.
Responsibilities;
* Strong background of Administration, PA or Office Management roles
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Great customer services skills
* Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
* Good with Excel spreadsheets
Duties;
* Updating company Database and Spread sheets
* Administration duties e.g. sending out emails
* Answering the phones
* Invoice control
* Liaising within internal/external personnel
