We are currently working on behalf of a Primary Infants school in Wigton, who require a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant on a part-time basis (Year 1/2 Classes). The successful candidate will be welcomed and supported throughout their placement at the school by this dynamic team of staff.

Person Specification:

* Must be level 3 qualified or above in teaching and learning in schools or equivalent
* Confident, with recent experience within KS1 or EYFS, and comfortable working with pupils on a group and 1:1 basis
* Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Comfortable delivering intervention programmes
* Capable of devising suitable education plans to support the pupil and ensure they are given every opportunity to reach their full potential is crucial
