Salary: £43,879 + £3,703 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Permanent, 37 hours per week

Our client is a values-led business and one of the UKs most progressive housing associations with 14,000 properties across the south-east of England and a large property development portfolio.

Responsible for the management of the building services and materials supply contracts their Contracts Manager will drive the management of all property compliance service contracts across their property portfolio. In particular delivering statutory checks, servicing, and repairs related to communal gas, fire, water, asbestos, electrics and lifting equipment.

You will support colleagues to manage additional contracts including communal gas and in addition to this you will also develop contract specifications and standards in liaison with Asset Management Team for both compliance and major M&E component upgrades. Undertaking regular contract meetings you will also ensure successful completion and quality of works delivery, identifying and resolving problems as necessary.

A graduate level education or equivalent professional experience in property contract management and / or project management is essential. Motivated and committed to promoting a positive culture and initiatives is also required.

A clean driving licence and access to a car for business use are essential.
