Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of high end solid wood flooring solutions for the prestige domestic homes and commercial markets. Their clients are most often represented by architects and interior designers who look for quality products, exemplary customer service and professional advice. Their products can be seen installed in retail stores, hotel reception areas and an array of upmarket and fashionable eateries throughout London and the rest of the country. Due to continued success, they are looking for an additional member of the team to join their busy West End showroom based in The Design Centre in W1. You will be required to offer advice and information to visitors to the showroom, establish their applications and environments for their wood flooring to ensure the best finish, fit and product is used to give a long lasting, trouble free installation to every client. You will have a professional, courteous manner, have an excellent appreciation for interiors, design and flooring solutions (ideally with a knowledge of wood). You will be required to work 5 days a week (one of those days being Saturday 10am - 4pm). As well as dealing with clients coming to the showroom, you will be answering telephone calls and enquiries, email requests for information, literature or quotations. You will possibly be expected to visit client premises on occasion. Other tasks will require maintaining a tidy, professional, fully stocked showroom to best demonstrate and display your range of top quality products.
