Customer Engagement Manager Newcastle-under-Lyme
Salary: £25,000 + bonus & benefits
Working hours: Monday Friday office hours (early finish on a Friday)

Following the success of the department, we are now looking to grow the team further in our Keele head office and with that opens new management opportunities. Working with a small developed team that is consistently hitting targets, the Customer Engagement Manager will lead from the front and continue to grow and develop the business further. This is an autonomous role within a fast-paced environment with high levels of morale and success.
As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be required to:
* Lead from the front by making outbound calls to candidates that are actively seeking new opportunities
* Build rapport and extend your network within the industry acting as a Brand Ambassador
* Liaise with relevant teams to work further with the candidate and to create new business opportunities
* Follow up on leads and build relationships with new business contacts
* Motivate and develop a team to achieve weekly KPIs and targets that are set
* Maximise delivery by ensuring the data is correct and specific to our target market
* Provide feedback into the data team of market intel
The right person for the Customer Engagement Manager will:
* Have excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers through outstanding communication, questioning and listening skills
* Have previous experience delivering sales programmes across B2B and B2C
* Be accustomed to high call volumes
* Be confident and professional in dealing with a wide variety of different customer situations
* Need a desire for continuous personal and professional development
* Remain calm under pressure and can overcome objections
* Have good verbal and interpersonal skills, to liaise with team members, managers, client, contractors and members of the public
* Provide a positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent service and results
