Tradewind are working in partnership with a local junior school that are actively searching for an experienced and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team in April. The role will be to support children across Key Stage 2 as well as covering the teacher's PPA. The school is based in Tameside and they have a strong leadership team in place that are going through a journey of improvement within the school. The school are able to provide support and guidance to you throughout your time with them and you will also be offered opportunities for Continued Professional Development.

Role will include:
* HLTA Status.
* Whole class teaching.
* Supporting children within class and in small groups on a one to one basis depending on their needs.
* Understand how children learn most effectively.
* Demonstrate care, patience and understanding towards young children.
* Be committed to high standards of behaviour and achievement.
* Have good literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
