Content of the advertisement:

Your daily duties will include ensuring all employees, visitors and contractors adhere to current health & safety legislation and company policies & procedures along with monitoring, weekly time and attendance levels, plus creating detailed shift and labour reports.

You will be responsible for achieving agreed production targets set by the shift manager whilst motivating your team and bringing the best out of the people around you.
You will take responsibility for your shifts and lead by example, whilst always maintaining an "audit ready culture"

You will be open, honest, an excellent communicator at all levels and able to continuously demonstrate that "TEAM" includes everyone.
