Ormiston Families Point 1 service works with partners, MAP and NSFT, to deliver mental health services to children and young people in Norfolk. We provide a range of brief interventions including: talking therapies, psychological group and individual interventions, guided self-help, professional consultation and signposting and advice across the county.

Key responsibilities of the role will include coordinating the day to day service delivery of the SPOC, ensuring efficient triaging of new referrals, undertaking telephone assessments alongside supervising the team.

You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, hold an NVQ level 4 qualification, or equivalent, in mental health or relevant subject; and have experience of leading a team of multidisciplinary workers.
