Are you a Production / Assembly Manager from a manufacturing background with 3D CAD experience looking to manage and grow your own team within a market leading manufacturing company who offer ongoing specialist training and opportunities to progress to senior management?

With this role you will you be managing a highly skilled assembly team within the production department, controlling all aspects of assembly functions from setting KPIs, Continuous Improvements and ensuring all customers are satisfied.

This role would suit a Production / Assembly Manager from a manufacturing background with 3D CAD experience looking to progress into senior management and grow their own team whilst receiving industry training from an expanding company.

The Role:
* Ensure necessary process controls are in place for all aspects of manufacturing
* Increase efficiency by minimising foundry waste efforts in all departments
* Reduce manufacturing costs and quality is optimised

The Person:
* Production Supervisor from a manufacturing background with 3D CAD experience
* Looking for industry training and to step-up into senior management
* Looking to join a fast growing and ambitious company
