Job Title: Service Design Analyst
*Location: Central London

Actively seeking confident analyst to join a highly successful Bid & Strategy department. This will be impactful work in a fast-paced, stimulating environment.

OVERVIEW

Manage complex projects & work streams, informing the design of new service delivery models through customer research & statistical analysis.

KEY DUTIES:

-Commissioning research projects using a range of recognised methodologies
-Designing & implementing contract-specific frameworks
-Collaborating with internal teams to ensure robust insight assumptions
-Analysing & interpreting results, providing practical & actionable advice

ABOUT YOU:

-Understanding insight methodologies, e.g questionnaire design, sampling, fieldwork, customer profiling
-Knowledge of project management methodologies, Prince 2, Lean & Agile & how they interact
-Analytical with the ability to interpret large volumes of customer insight data
-Ability to explain complex technical & operational concepts in simple language
-Knowledge of Skills, Employability, Heath &/or Youth commission desirable
