My client is currently recruiting for a Night Support Worker for their young peoples home which caters for 11-18 year olds with Learning Disabilities.

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for assisting the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home, including staff management, budgets, and ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times.

The successful candidate must have:

-Experience of working with challenging behaviours

-Exceptional working knowledge of children's homes national Minimum -Standards and the Children Act 2010.

-Full UK driving license
