Our Client has been established for over 40 years and has battled through 2 recessions, maintained a solid client base, some very talented engineers and proven to be a long lasting design led building services engineering company. With aggressive expansion plans for the end of 2017 and beyond theyre looking to recruit a Plumbing and Heating engineer, in the London and M25 area, looking to carve out a long lasting career. This would ideally suit someone with previous building services experience who has obtained plumbing and heating qualifications in the last few years and looking to take the next step in the career path. Or alternatively, an experienced Engineer with crossover qualifications looking to leave contract work and go into permanent employment.

As a Plumbing & Heating Engineer you will be;

Have previous building maintenance experience
Live in London or the home counties close to the M25
Working on boilers and plumbing & heating systems
Working in domestic, commercial and Industrial settings
Completing scheduled maintenance and reactive work.

Skills required;

Gas Safe Certificate
City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Plumbing &heating NVQ Level3 and above
Building Services & Maintenance experience

Benefits;
£30 - £38k per annum (40hrs weeks) dependant on qualifications and experience
