Planning Manager - Commercial Fit Out and General Works - London - Perm

Our client is a fit-out & refurbishment main contractor operating across London & the South East with a £180m+ turnover. They are part of a larger £500m+ construction group headquartered in the USA with an extremely strong financial position and very strong existing client relationships

Projects undertaken are a mix of fit out and refurbishment schemes (including some cut & carve / structural refurbs) across the London & South East area.

Our client operates in diverse sectors including; offices, leisure, retail, manufacturing, data centres, schools & public buildings. Individual project values range in values up to £50m and our client is seeking applications from experienced Project Leaders with demonstrable experience managing schemes over £12m +.

The Planning Manager will be involved in the full life cycle of the schemes and will require pitch / bid input and heavy client liaison, therefore candidates with strong client liaison and pre-construction skills are required
